Thank You

for a GREAT 2021!

This is going to be a brief update. First and foremost, at the risk of sounding like a broken record, we simply cannot put into words how much we appreciate all of you reading this. A special gratitude goes out to those who have purchased our machines over the years. We simply wouldn’t be where we are without your faith in us and our ability to deliver machines that can keep your businesses running smoothly. As you know, we don’t take our responsibility lightly.

2021, despite some of its difficulties, has been another year of growth. We want to send a huge thanks to all those who are out there advocating for us; We see you and hear your and, most importantly, we thank you. We consider you as much a part of our success as anything else. Let’s keep this momentum going forward together. Now for some quick updates.

The New Building

& Supply Chain

If you haven’t heard, there's a secret in the manufacturing industry. Lean in real close…Global supply chains are having some issues. *Gasp* We’re sure you haven’t noticed, but believe us, something seems to be going on with part logistics around the world…

That being said, one single part is holding us up from moving into our new building. We hope this will be resolved soon. We’re looking at being able to move in by February if we can work through the parts issue. Fingers crossed and we’ll keep you posted. We can’t wait to show off more of our new facility!'

To expand on “our little secret”, believe it or not, at the writing of this letter we are fine and have parts in stock to keep moving. While the labor involved to keep parts coming in the door has increased dramatically (due to increased phone calls, emails, long nights, and therapy sessions), at the time of writing we’ve been able to keep production moving and smooth. We’re counting ourselves lucky as we know this isn’t the case for other industries and even some other members of this industry.

We only share this to extend the reality that it wouldn’t surprise us if some of the supply chain wrenches flying around happen to land in our facility. All kidding aside, If you’re in any business you know of this truth. We just want to communicate to you that something can hold us up at any time, but for now we can breathe easy. We’re ahead of the curve.

Petit in 2022

As we’re able to expand our operations physically, we will be able to expand now internally as there will be more office space for us to hire and fill much needed positions. Look forward to new faces and voices on the phone in 2022. While we’re on the subject, we would also like to send a huge thank you to all of our loyal employees who stick with us through all the crazy changes of the past few years. We wouldn’t be writing this without them and all of the hard work they’ve done over the years.

We hope everyone reading has a safe and happy start to the new year. We’re so ready for what 2022 has in store for us. We know there will be challenges, but we’re excited to see how those challenges will make us all better for the future. Thank you again for an amazing 2021! We can’t wait to interact with you in 2022.

The Water Wars Love it or hate it, resources are a hot subject right now, and rightfully so. As prices soar across the globe for water/sewer, electric, and gas, the search for more resource friendly processes and equipment has become a major focus, not only across the carwash industry, but everywhere, in general.
